What's your return policy?

The SkimmerMotion design is solid, and the materials are only the best. Nevertheless, if you encounter any problems with the product, we’ll exchange it or send a replacement part for free. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received with its proof of purchase (an Only About Innovation, LLC. receipt or invoice) and in good condition, you will receive a full credit or refund depending on the original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded. No Exceptions. If the product is returned with missing parts, or in fair condition, Only About Innovation, LLC. reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee.
