Probable Cause: The most probable cause is a Loose TJOINT or TJOINT NOT WIDE ENOUGH. Your Suction Side cleaner need a Zodiac Twisted lock adapter connector. Replace Tjoint Your poll cleaner is a Zodiac with twisted connector that requires an special adapter.
SOLUTION: Connect firmly the TJOINT to your Suction Cleaner & check all the hoses are tight. Add TFLON tape to tight the connection. There are different Tjoints in the market, please contact us if problem is not solved, indicating the model of your cleaner and if possible a picture of your Tjoint.
